Todd Collins has joined the commercial sales division of HMK Insurance in Bethlehem as a licensed property and casualty agent. Most recently, he was business development manager for the Department of Community and Economic Development for the City of Allentown.

Barley Snyder in Reading announced Jeff Lobach as the law firm’s managing partner. He will oversee operations and long-term planning for the firm, which operates five offices in southeastern and central Pennsylvania.

Rebecca Williams was named a life director for the Pennsylvania Builders Association. A member of PBA since 1995, Williams earned this title based on her regular involvement as a director at the state level for more than 10 years, serving as a charter member of the associate council for the organization.

Three attorneys at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba in Center Valley were named or elected to roles in the community:

Joseph A. Bubba was named chairman of Miller-Keystone Blood Center. A founding member and managing shareholder for Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, Bubba concentrates on physician-hospital relationships, physician practices and medical staff matters.

Edward Hoffman Jr. was elected president of the board of directors of North Penn Legal Services in Bethlehem. An attorney in the litigation group of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, Hoffman’s experience includes community association law, multifamily housing/fair housing and landlord-tenant law.

Emil W. Kantra II, chair of the family law group and a shareholder of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, was named president of the board of directors of Haven House in Allentown.

Whitehall real estate Broker Mark Molchany announced a partnership with RE/MAX Unlimited Real Estate in Whitehall. Most recently the broker and owner of Power Realty in Whitehall, Molchany now is part of the Mark Molchany Group at RE/MAX, which also includes Lorrie Molchany as the transaction coordinator and Sally Wildman as the group’s buyer specialist.

Ana Menendez joined Coldwell Banker Select Professionals in its Wyomissing sales office. Licensed since 2009, Menendez worked in retail as a sales associate and manager prior to her real estate career.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Valley Partners in Emmaus welcomes two to its sales force. David Hittinger joins as a full-time sales associate, and Tim Kazmierski also is a full-time sales associate. Kazmierski owns Wentz Home Improvements LLC in Emmaus.
