Lehigh County real estate transactions show GE Commercial Finance Business Property Corp. sold 3501 Corporate Parkway to SCCP Central Valley Limited Partnership for $28.4 million.

Records show that the three-story office building in the Stabler Corporate Center is on a 14.8 acre parcel and the home of Dun & Bradstreet in Upper Saucon Township. D&B has corporate headquarters in Short Hills, N.J.

The corporate park is near Route 309, Interstate 78, and The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, a lifestyle center.

The building is 100 percent leased to D&B through November 2016, according to the website for Cushman & Wakefield Inc., a global real estate agency in Conshohocken that listed the property. The location serves as D&B’s Valley operations center with about 750 employees.

Doug Joseph, the agent who sold the property, said an investor purchased the building and that it sold within four to six weeks after being listed for sale.

A receptionist who answered the phone at D&B said the company was not allowed to discuss any details about the sale.
