Ellen Daly, a senior manager for Lockheed, is the featured keynote speaker for the 2013 Chick-fil-A Leadercast Greater Lehigh Valley event on May 10 at DeSales University in Center Valley.
Based in Marlton, N.J., Daly is a senior manager, ethics and business conduct for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control business area. She is responsible for implementing the Lockheed Martin Ethics and Business Conduct Program.
She'll be presenting portions of the Lockheed Martin founding principles and values surrounding ethics and the practicality of making ethical decisions.
Several regional venues are hosting the Leadercast, a leadership development simulcast from Atlanta shown in more than 1,000 locations worldwide. Among the speakers in Atlanta are Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, Mike Krzyzewski, Duke University basketball coach, and Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of State.
Daly joins the leadership simulcast and a host of other activities at DeSales' Gerald White Pavilion, including a social media café, targeted networking, an interactive job board and other programs.
Lois Yeakel, director, Center for Leadership and Workforce Development at Lehigh Carbon Community College, lauded Daly.
"The Lockheed Martin legacy of ethics will be a great addition to this year's program," Yeakel said. "As a nationally recognized organization, their expertise in this arena is a bonus for Lehigh Valley employers and employees who will be attending."
The Greater Lehigh Valley Leadercast is organized by the Greater Lehigh Valley Leadership Consortium.
