Horne most recently served as the hospital's senior vice president-clinical and support services, a position he's held since 2004.

In his new role, Horne joins Kathy Burkey, RN, vice president-chief nursing officer, in overseeing the majority of clinical services offered at Grand View.

Additionally, Horne will have senior management responsibility for much of the hospital workforce with new administrative responsibility for human resources and departments reporting to it, including volunteer services.
