Members of the rock band Live who are partners in the midstate enterprise Think Loud Development and Think Loud's CEO Bill Hynes are investors in the company, Hynes said.

Development will include sites from Allentown to York along the route.

UFD was founded in 2009 and has secured rights of way for the first phase of construction to break ground Friday, according to company statements.

Think Loud announced more than a year ago it had acquired the former Bi-Comp building near Sovereign Bank Stadium in York and was renovating it, with a then-unidentified tech company coming in.

Hynes said Thursday part of the building would be used for UFD's administration.
