Team Capital Bank of Bethlehem Township promoted three individuals to senior vice president positions.

The company promoted Kathleen Betz to senior vice president and IT manager. One of the bank's first employees, Betz joined Team Capital Bank in 2005 and oversees all aspects of the bank's technology infrastructure.

Megan Marie Gaspar has been promoted to senior vice president and human resource officer. She joined Team Capital Bank in 2009 to lead the human resources department.

The company promoted John Andronis to senior vice president and credit administration officer. He joined Team Capital Bank in 2007 and has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience. He will continue to assist in the management of the credit quality of the bank.

While the bank promotes employees two times a year, the bank's 2013 budget calls for hiring between eight and 10 people, said CEO and President Robert Rupel.

"As the bank continues to grow, we need to fit key people in the organization," said Rupel. "The eight to 10 hires in the budget for this year are more significantly driven by the growth of our business."
