Douglas Kelly, owner of Emerald Realty Group, recently represented Martin Gilchrist, the previous owner of the Historic Dodson Building,528 North New St., Bethlehem, in the sale of the property for $1.19 million to Walnut Street Development LLC.

Real estate agent Larry Dugan also played a key role in this transaction.

Dugan said that the new owners had plans to renovate the building, which is currently used for office space. But, at press time, he did not know the extent of those renovations.

ALT Realty of Bethlehem represented the new owners in the transaction as the buyer, said Jennifer Gold, an associate for ALT Realty. The four-story building is located in the center of Downtown Bethlehem.
