The center is currently undergoing a six-story, 50,000 square foot expansion of Class A office space.

Chris Smith of NAI Summit recently represented the owner of the center in leasing 1,800 square feet of office space to HD Supply Power Solutions.

The building is located at 840 Hamilton St. in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone tax district, which diverts all state and local non-property taxes paid by tenants to fund development in the zone.
