Advanced H2O is moving its Reading warehouse to a new space in Schuylkill County.

It will lease approximately 124,000 square feet of space in the former Fessler USA building in Orwigsburg.

NAI Keystone Commercial and Industrial's Steve Williams completed the five-year lease of the space for the building's owner, Meck Realty Partners II LLC.

William Wolfe of CB Richard Ellis in Allentown represented Advanced H2O.

Advanced H2O, which is based in Washington State, is the second largest producer of private label bottled water and water-based beverages in the United States. It has a bottling facility in Hamburg, Berks County.

The company said the move brings its warehouse space closer to the Hamburg facility.

The new site will be used to store bottled water.
