“It is part of our longer term redevelopment plans but no decision has been made on what will be built there,” said Jeff Vaughn, spokesman for City Center Lehigh Valley, the company that owns the properties.

The city issued demolition permits for 130 and 132 N. 7th Street, and 132 was the site of the Seventh Street Deli, said Mike Moore, communications coordinator for the city. 

The location is at the Northwest corner of Seventh Street next to the 7-11.
