Battelle Memorial Institute is moving its Bethlehem operations to Allentown. Matthew Dorman of NAI Summit leased a nearly 3,000-square-foot office space at 7310 Tilghman St. in Allentown to the firm.

Headquartered in Ohio, Battelle is the world's largest non-profit research and development organization with 22,000 employees and $6.5 billion in revenue nationwide.

The Allentown office will have five employees that will work as contractor logistic support for biological detection equipment for the U.S. Department of Defense.
