St. Luke's needs more time for road project

St. Luke's University Hospital says it needs more time to reach an agreement with Norfolk Southern Railroad before it relocates Riverside Drive. The Salisbury Township Commissioners unanimously granted St. Luke's University Hospital an extension for their $15 million Riverside Drive relocation project.
