For many, the thought of managing through conflict is a daunting and unwelcome experience, and one that is best avoided. After all, poorly handled conflicts can lead to break downs in communication, reduced morale, and higher turnover. However, when managed well, conflict has the potential to enhance decision making, and can lead to better decisions and outcomes—particularly among teams. We will focus on tips for managing conflict and how best leverage conflict in your organization.

Leadership Breakfast Programs are held on the second Thursday of each month and include a full breakfast buffet opening at 7:30 AM followed by our program at 8:00 AM with the session concluding at 9:00 AM. Individual admission is $35 per person and tables of 6 are $180 ($30 per person).
