Description
In this Lean Leadership workshop, each participant’s method of processing information will be analyzed through an IOPT Survey. The IOPT Survey identifies the individual’s inclined method of processing information and subsequent behavioral patterns when acting on information. Participants will use these profiles to evaluate their leadership styles, develop action plans for personal development, and to improve their ability to facilitate teams.
