Led by a certified Master Black Belt and top rated instructor, this two week program will certify each participant as a Green Belt. With a 2 + 2 Format, this can later become a Black Belt certification. After attending this training, participants will be able to describe Six Sigma roles within an organization, use statistical tests to improve processes, use Minitab to run statistical tests, define a Six Sigma project and create charts, process maps, and control plans needed to complete a Six Sigma project. This training is geared toward companies and individuals that want to save money and increase customer satisfaction through process improvements.
